"Second star to the right and straight on 'til morning"

“I'd like to help you doctor
Yes I really really would
But the din in my head
It's too much and it's no good
I'm standing in a windy tunnel
Shouting through the roar
And I'd like to give the information
You're asking for."

“One writes of scars healed, a loose parallel to the pathology of the skin, but there is no such thing in the life of an individual. There are open wounds, shrunk sometimes to the size of a pin-prick but wounds still. The marks of suffering are more comparable to the loss of a finger, or of the sight of an eye. We may not miss them, either, for one minute in a year, but if we should there is nothing to be done about it.” ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, Tender Is the Night

Dad came back from england today, bringing all sorts of typical english cheer. What i mean is that he brought loadssssss of goodies. Haha. Good ole bacon, english sausage, steaks, bramley apples for apple pie!!, french fancies, mini jam rolls, orange cremes, OODLES of FUDGE, plenty of chocolate to last a month and rot my teeth. Haha AWESOME, such a perk up. :) It was a sad 2 days, turns out that the weird stuff that i breathed in from that air con cleaning actually caused a lung infection cos of the whole i'm-allergic-to-dust thing. Soooo i didn't even get to study for the past 2 days. Except a bit on the first. Well, i can't say much, cos whats done is done, at least i'm better now and my appetite's back!! Haha i actually ate a sausage and some bacon just now, hence the high-ness that got me into doing the rijc math prelim paper, which i actually found maintainable (!!!!!) Haha. SO, moral of the story, i shall have bacon/sausage and eggs before every A-level paper, then i can be this happy. :) Haha. Kidding, i'll become Jabba the hut by the time A levels end. Haha. Anyway, off to read some GEOG now. Haha CHEERS!! And good luck with the studying, fellow poor souls! :D

It's just seems wrong to complain now, looking at how much pain they're going through. I wish i could do something to help. Why must it be this way?
